Today we present another young author, who wrote an interesting post about Stieg Larsson, author of the Millennium trilogy ( "Men who hate women" tell you anything?). His name is Joseph Pontori, is a student and lover of books. Happy reading.
Left us in 2004, leaving no clue. Like his favorite character, Mikael Blomkvist, ran the office with no elevator, three floors of stairs, with cigarettes that had marked his cholesterol and has spread to his arrival at headquarters.
Stieg Larsson is undoubtedly one of the leading figures in recent years. Journalist, writer, founder of the Expo, co-worker at Scotland Yard Swedish, was born in 1954 to die fifty years later.
His trilogy Millennium has enchanted millions of readers, peaking in the charts around the world.
But what Millennium, and where it comes from its huge success?
We are talking of three novels, well engineered, long but effective, which make up a very intriguing detective story. The protagonists are Mikael Blomkvist, a journalist and founder of Millennium (newspaper political-economic) and Lisbeth Salander, hackers, a girl with huge personal issues deemed insane by Swedish courts. In the first episode will shed light on who killed Harriet Vanger, the grandson of a wealthy industrialist, Henrik Vanger, under own request. The other two novels focus on the figure of Lisbeth Salander, so enigmatic, so symbolic, so fascinating. And 'she who led the worldwide success Larsson. If the first novel claims to be a very exciting detective, the other two are deep psychological portraits of a girl who is not what it seems, mistreated by society, first she hates herself and others as well. Obviously the readers are reflected in the deeds of Lisbeth, he identifies the traits in their personality, and shed tears on the pages of the book, perhaps offended by the injustice suffered by the girl but also because ch Lisbeth basically does not exist. Stieg Larsson, after his great work in search of neo-Nazi organizations, pouring all his experience in Millennium, giving us a glimpse of the secret services acting in a legitimate and less legitimate, giving us both a lesson in journalism, in impersonating Mikael Blomkvist. Also, his great skill in describing the judicial process, the paperwork and the lives of individual characters in the trilogy is a plan well thought out and never boring, perhaps falling tone at certain points - something unavoidable owing to the total number of 2000 pages, divided for the three episodes -.
Larsson has left us without saying anything, just completed the trilogy with the scent of Sweden and its location in the heart, the knowledge of good and bad characters that remain in the mind, and regret that Millennium will have a sequel, since the fourth and fifth episode, both ready, are jealously guarded by the family of Larsson. The original plan was to write a decalogue, but Larsson was enough for three books excite you.

Do not bother neither the novel nor the psychological lessons of journalism. This is a novel river, divided into several volumes, which contains all the sample of strong colors, the exaggerated and unbelievable twists of topical and platitudes that characterize the literature of escape, and in particular what kind of thriller reflects the heritage of the old hard boiled.
The work is captivating, when bored you can skip several pages full of descriptions without losing the thread, however it comes at the end to see how it goes. The writing does not come from the restrictions of the literature of consumption, and neither wants: the player makes the customer happy, the writer is part of the skilled artisan who can do his work well. All happy and waiting for the next book Faletti.
